Build and launch consultancy

Ideas rarely die of bad vision. They die of everything after it.

Hidden Gems Solutions takes an idea from concept to something real and running: the product, the platform, the program, and the unglamorous scaffolding underneath that keeps it standing.

Practice

One consultancy, built to take things from idea to launched.

The domain changes. The problem rarely does: someone has a good idea and no path from here to a working version of it. I build the path, then walk it with you.

01  PRODUCT

Product and platform builds

Concept to launch: architecture, brand, funnel, payments, and the release plan. Whether the idea is a consumer app, a marketplace, or a course, the work is turning it into something people can actually use and pay for.

02  AI

AI adoption and workflow design

Putting AI to work inside real operations: mapping the workflows worth automating, building the systems and agents that run them, and training the people who inherit them.

03  PUBLIC SECTOR

Procurement and partnership access

Registration, credentialing, and the outreach strategy that gets small organizations into school systems and public agencies. Earned as a registered New York City vendor, not studied.

04  OPERATIONS

Program and compliance infrastructure

Entity structure, contractor agreements, data and security policy, and project management systems. Documentation built to survive a review rather than impress a reader.

Engagement arc

How I work

Every engagement runs the same five movements, whether the deliverable is an app, a vendor registration, or an AI workflow. The order matters. Most projects stall because they start at step four with nothing underneath it.

01

Diagnose the real blocker

A working session to establish where you actually stand and what is stopping the thing from existing. Usually it is not the part you think it is.

02

Shape the build

Scope, architecture, and sequence. What ships first, what waits, what gets cut, and what the smallest credible version looks like.

03

Lay the foundation

Entity, agreements, credentials, accounts, data and security policy. None of it is glamorous and all of it is disqualifying when missing.

04

Build and launch

The thing gets made and goes live: platform, brand, funnel, campaign, or filing. Progress is measured by what is running, not by what is planned.

05

Hand over the system

You leave with the tracker, the templates, and a repeatable process, so the next cycle does not require me. Advisory continues only where it earns its keep.

For school vendors specifically, this arc is packaged as the Show Up Method, a proprietary framework of Hidden Gems Solutions. Trademark application pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Selected work

Projects

Ventures built in house and client work delivered under the firm. The range is the point.

AI enablementActive practice

Enterprise AI adoption

Helping organizations integrate and scale AI inside real workflows: assessment, system design, implementation, and team training. This is the practice area behind the firm's work toward formal AI partner programs.

Hidden Gems SolutionsLive

Sell2Schools

A training platform that turns the firm's procurement practice into a self serve path for vendors. Brand identity, course architecture, landing pages, and a tiered offer ladder delivered through an integrated funnel.

Hidden Gems II Inc.In development

Vendor in My Pocket

A business to business marketplace connecting schools with certified vendors. Platform architecture, subscription and lead credit model, payment integration, and a formal security policy written to Department of Education data and technology review standards.

2026 to 2027 program yearDelivered

COMPASS partnership campaign

A full outreach campaign targeting Department of Youth and Community Development COMPASS grant awardees to build school based program partnerships, from target list construction through sequenced contact and follow through.

Multiple entitiesOngoing

Operations and compliance builds

Independent contractor agreements with exhibit structures, role definitions and hiring documentation, workers compensation audit response, and a PARA based knowledge and project management architecture spanning four affiliated organizations.

Hidden Gems ArcherySince 2013

School archery programming

More than a decade running archery programs inside schools and community organizations. The operations and procurement expertise the firm sells was earned here first.

Engagement

Ways to work together

Four entry points, from a single diagnostic session to sustained operator level involvement.

Entry

Diagnostic sprint

A short, fixed scope engagement that ends with a written assessment: the real blocker, the sequence to clear it, and what it will take.

Core

Build engagement

Project based work with a defined outcome. The product ships, the registration clears, the campaign runs, the system goes live.

Sustained

Fractional operator

Ongoing involvement for organizations that need someone accountable for execution month over month rather than a one time deliverable.

Self guided

Courses and cohorts

For school vendors who want the framework without the engagement, delivered through Sell2Schools as a course ladder and small group cohorts.

  • Three master's degrees in Mathematics Education, Educational Leadership, and Computational Chemistry, plus a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry

Tell me what you are trying to build.

An idea with no path, a project that stalled, or a system nobody has time to stand up. The first conversation is about finding the actual blocker.
